Governor Oliver and First Lady of Pohnpei, Estle G. Oliver attended memorial services at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Kolonia for the late Senator Mayleen Shoniber Scaliem on March 25, 2022.
Public Affairs Officer, Mr. Peteriko Hairens, on behalf of the Executive branch of the Pohnpei State Government, read out Executive Proclamation 22-03, proclaiming a period of mourning for three (3) days commencing March 25, 2022, thru March 27, 2022, in memory of the late Hon. Mayleen S. Scaliem. All flags shall be flown at half-mast during the period of mourning.
