Governor Reed B. Oliver declares a period of mourning over the untimely passing of the late Hon. Feliciano M. Perman, Lieutenant Governor of the State of Pohnpei.
All State flags shall be flown at half-mast during the period of mourning.
Sincere condolences to the family of the late Hon. Feliciano M. Perman.
State Funeral services will be announced later this week.
