CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

FOOD VENDORS TO PROVIDE MEALS FOR QUARANTINE SITES

The Pohnpei State COVID-19 Task Force is seeking expressions of interests for restaurants or licensed food vendors to provide meals to quarantine sites.  Expression of interest should include an adult and child menu of nutritious and balanced meals, inclusive of vegetarian options and healthy snacks, the estimated cost of takeout per meal per person, and the maximum number of take-outs that can be made for each meal.

GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK

 To provide nutritious and balanced meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for quarantine sites

 To ensure meals are ready in a timely manner prior to the delivery schedule, morning, lunch & dinner.

 Provide three (3) meals for ten (10) days period

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

 Copy of valid business license

 Copy of menu (breakfast/lunch/Dinner)

 Copies of health certificates for all staff handling food

 Copy of completed Business Registration Form (attached)

 Copy of EPA certification (Sanitary Certification)
