- Construction Division: Completed Project:29 Amount: $553,790.92
Ongoing Project: 39 Amount: $669300.38
- Accounting Division: Collection: $655,823.34 Disbursement: $876,790.36
Urgent & Critical Policy Needs and Activities:
- Limited loan funding Vs. Higher demand on loan request
- Delinquent Loans – Need AG Assistance.
New initiatives to add value to work:
- To improve customer service and awareness of the loan programs for better outcomes.
- Ensure the availability of loan funds to meet expectations.
- To provide and promote loan programs to all the people of Pohnpei to increase collections.
- To create collection options and plans for future goals.
