Kapingamarangi, August 3, 2024 – Governor Stevenson A. Joseph and First Lady Dr. Aina Garstang arrived in Kapingamarangi today on the Lady Pohnpei, marking the start of the Governor’s state visit to the Southern Islands. This visit aims to strengthen ties with the southern communities and assess ongoing development projects.
