Joseph participated in a significant diplomatic event at the President’s Office in Palikir, witnessing the presentation of credentials for His Excellency Gilberto Fonseca Guimaraes de Moura, the Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Brazil to the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). The ceremony, held in the presence of H.E. Wesley Simina, President of FSM, marked a momentous occasion for strengthening diplomatic ties between FSM and Brazil.
